Getting to your appointment: Once you’re in Lester’s Plaza, drive past Lester’s toward the back and look for the 9890 Building. The building has an entrance in both the front and back. Enter from either one, proceed to the first floor, and then follow the signs.

Treatments
Radial St. Louis offers a range of evidence-based treatments provided by experienced clinicians, designed to support people who haven’t found relief with traditional approaches.
TMS
Magnetic pulses to target brain regions tied to mood — relieving depression, anxiety, and OCD without medication side effects. We offer traditional and advanced TMS approaches, including BrainsWay and AMPA.
Spravato® (esketamine)
FDA-Approved nasal spray treatment that works differently than traditional antidepressants, providing rapid relief for treatment-resistant depression and acute suicidal ideation in a safe, monitored setting.
